All rooms have balconies, seating areas or sofas, radio clocks, satellite TV, DW phone, safes, showers/bath tubs and hair dryers

Arrival and departure: all rooms are reserved on the day of arrival until 6 p.m. and are ready for you at 2 p.m. Please clear your room on your day of departure by 11a.m. In case you arrive late, please contact us.

Methods of payment: you may pay with cash, EC card or credit card.

Short stays: there is a 10% surcharge for stays of two nights and under..

Bathrobes can be rented for Euro 8,00.

Cancellations: free of charge up to three weeks before arrival date. Later cancellations will involved a charge of 50% of original booked package. Early departures or late arrivals will be charged at 70%.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Guests arriving by train can be picked up at the train station free of charge.

Traveler’s insurance: for only EUR 2.00 per person per day you can cover all cancellation fees due to sickness, accidents, significant property damage (e.g. fire or floods), or job loss due to layoff or death (incl. parents, siblings, children).
